Terms & CONDITIONS

The promoter is CleanCo (the “Promoter”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

The competition opens at 10.00 on 29 January and closes at 21.00 on 29 January (the “Competition Period”). Entries submitted outside of this time will not be valid.

• The competition is open to UK mainland residents only.
• Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

To enter the competition, participants must, during the Competition Period:

1. Follow @CleanCo @LovehoneyOfficial
2. Like the specified @CleanCo Instagram competition post; and
3. Tag at least one friend in the comments of the post. Each comment counts as one (1) entry
4. Unlimited entries are permitted per person, provided each entry complies with these Terms & Conditions.
5. The Instagram account used to enter must be public at the time of the draw to allow verification.
   
   

There prize consists of two (2) CleanCo x Lovehoney “ANYTHING BUT DRY” Goodies Boxes. Each box contains:

• 1 × CleanCo Clean T 70cl (0.0% ABV)
• 2 × Fever-Tree Grapefruit Soda 150ml
• 1 × Lovehoney Strawberry Flavoured Lubricant 100ml
• 1 × Lovehoney Heart Duo Clitoral Suction and Licking Stimulator

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

• Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries after the Competition Period has ended.
• Winning entrants will be notified via Instagram direct message from @CleanCo.
• Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize.
• If a winner does not respond within this time, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

• Winners must confirm their full name and preferred UK mainland delivery address within 48 hours of notification.
• Failure to provide a valid delivery address within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternative winner being selected.
• Prizes will only be delivered to addresses within the UK mainland.
• The Promoter is not responsible for prizes sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the winner, nor for delivery delays outside of its reasonable control.

• Tagged accounts must be genuine individuals. Tagging brand accounts, celebrities, competition accounts, or fake accounts may result in disqualification.
• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry it deems fraudulent, inappropriate, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Any personal data provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and delivering the prize, in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil the prize.

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
• By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
