This recipe is a celebration of rhubarb. A light and dry low alcohol spritz-style recipe that’s a perfect balance of refreshing rhubarb, light bitters, botanicals and bubbles.

You'll need

  • 50ml Clean G Rhubarb
  • 25ml Aperol
  • 100ml sparkling water
  • Lemon to garnish
  • Large wine glass, ice

To make

Add all ingredients to a wine glass, fill with ice, garnish and serve.
