About this cocktail

The Yuzu Island offers a crisp blend of Clean R's spiced notes with Goodrays' citrusy burst of yuzu and elderflower drink, balanced by a touch of mint and lime for a refreshing finish.

Ingredients for 1 person

  • 50ml Clean R
  • Goodrays Elderflower & Yuzu CBD Drink
  • Half lime, sliced into wedges
  • 6 mint leaves, plus a few for garnish
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • 3-4 tbsp of apple juice

Method

Step 1

In the bottom of a highball glass, muddle the lime wedges and mint with the agave.

Step 2

Fill the glass with ice, then add the Clean R and apple juice. Stir to combine, then top off with Goodrays CBD drink.

Step 3

Garnish with a sprig of mint leaves and enjoy.
