The Classic Gin & Tonic has a very fascinating history, it was originated by a Scottish doctor, who discovered that quinine which is the active ingredient in tonic can be used to treat malaria. In the 1800’s British soldiers would drink Gin or any other available alcohol along with tonic to ward off the disease. Winston Churchill even said that "the gin and tonic drink saved more Englishmen lives, and minds, than all the doctors in the Empire". Later in the 1900’s, after lots of celebrity endorsement, the drink gained even more popularity and many began squeezing in lime for added health benefits.
Our non-alcoholic variant for the beloved drink is a one for one replacement to the full strength gin. With a flavour profile of juniper berries, citrus aroma and earthy spices you literally cannot taste the difference.

The Mojito came from Cuba, gaining it’s fame in the 16th Century. Traditionally, we all LOVE a tradition, it’s made with rum, lime juice, and sugar (which is not bad for you in moderation by the way), soda water, and mint leaves. A fashion staple in all the popular kids bars and restaurants.
It’s fresh, it’s cool, it’s kind to the soul, it’s tangy, it’s crisp, it’s juicy, it’s sweet, it’s refreshing. It gives you a light buzz without the cloudy feeling. It’s simply perfect for cooling off on a very warm day or a pick-me-up any day because there are no rules really and you do what you want.

The story and the plot behind this sweet, juicy, creamy goodness of a drink is that it comes from the heart…yes our heart, but also the heart of Puerto Rico. This tropical cocktail is made with rum, coconut cream, and pineapple juice and is the clean version of the Pina Colada.
Think beach please. and transport yourself to the sun with every-sip but without the booze or groggy effect you get afterwards. Its creamy texture and tropical flavours make it the perfect treat for when you put your feet up by the pool, or the bath or the sofa or the kitchen.

This one is indeed old and fashioned. Coming from the United States in the early 19th century, it’s one of the oldest but wisest and most ICONIC cocktails globally. Bet you didn’t know that it was originally known as the "whiskey cocktail”, it then evolved into its modern form, gaining popularity in the late 19th and mid-20th centuries.
You tell us why we wouldn’t love it. It’s fruity, tropical and tastes like Summer. We love this classic alcohol free cocktail for those times you want to feel like you're on holiday without leaving your garden.
YOU'LL NEED
TO MAKE THE CLEAN OLD FASHIONED
Add the sugar or sugar syrup and bitters to your glass with a splash of water. Mix until the sugar dissolves if using granulated. Fill your glass with ice and stir in the whisky. Add a splash of soda water if you like, and mix. Garnish with the orange and cherry.
This one is a relatively modern beast of a cocktail which was created in the 1980s by British bartender Dick Bradsell (what a legend). The name is inspired by the blackberry bush, known as “bramble” in Britain. Since it was designed, the Bramble Cooler has often become the go-to choice for cocktail connoisseurs. It blends the tartness of blackberries with the brightness of lemon juice and is balanced by the sweetness of sugar syrup and the botanical notes of gin.
Because Dick Bradsell came up with it back in the day. Plus, it is a traditional British classic that balances both sweet and sour, packed with punchy flavours.
YOU'LL NEED
TO MAKE THE CLEAN BRAMBLE COOLER
Add Clean G Rhubarb and blackberry juice to a glass and dissolve in honey to taste, then add sparkling water, fill with ice and top with blackberries and a slice of lemon.
