Ingredients for 1 person

  • 50ml Clean T 0.0%
  • 30g Marshmallow Fluff or a handful of Marshmallows
  • 50g Shredded Coconut
  • 50ml Fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp Agave Syrup

Method

Step 1

Spread marshmallow fluff around the rim of your glass. (If unavailable, melt marshmallows in a microwave-safe bowl with a tbsp of water, stirring every 10 seconds until smooth.) Dip the rim into shredded coconut.

Step 2

Fill a shaker with ice, then add CleanCo T 0.0%, fresh lime juice, and agave.

Step 3

Shake well and strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
