  • 50cl Clean V
  • 100ml Fever-Tree Passionfruit Martini mixer
  • Passion Fruit to garnish

Method

Step 1

Add 50cl Clean V - Pop your clean V in a shaker with some ice.

Step 2

Add 100ml Fever-Tree Passionfruit Martini mixer.

Step 3

Shake hard and fast until well chilled and a smooth foam forms over ice,

Step 4

Strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish.
