Ingredients for 1 person

  • 50ml Clean G Rhubarb
  • 100ml Sparkling water
  • 25ml Blackberry juice or Apple juice
  • 1tsp Honey
  • Slice of lemon and blackberries, to garnish

Method

Step 1

Add Clean G Rhubarb, sparkling water, fresh blackberry or apple juice and honey to a wine glass and stir.

Step 2

Top the glass with ice.

Step 3

Garnish with a slice of lemon and some blackberries. Toast to tomorrow!
