About this cocktail

We’ve reimagined the classic Dark and Stormy using our non-alcoholic Clean R, so you can expect zingy citrus mixed with warming ginger spice and rich caramel flavours.

  • 50ml Clean R
  • 150ml Ginger beer
  • Wedge of lime, squeezed
  • Wedge of lime to garnish
  • Glass - Highball
  • Ice

Method

Step 1

Add Clean R and ginger beer to a highball glass.

Step 2

Take a wedge of lime and squeeze the juice into the glass.

Step 3

Fill the glass with ice, then finish with a wedge of lime.
