Ingredients for 1 person

  • 50ml CleanCo Clean G
  • 25ml Non-alcoholic Sweet Vermouth (such as Martini Non-Alcoholic Vibrante)
  • 25ml Cranberry Juice (for a deep red "blood" colour)
  • 1 tsp quality marmalade or orange jam
  • Slice of orange peel or fresh orange, for garnish

Method

Step 1

In a mixing glass, combine Clean G, non-alcoholic vermouth, and marmalade.

Step 2

Stir thoroughly with ice to chill and dissolve the marmalade, creating a rich, "blood moon" colour.

Step 3

Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

Step 4

Garnish with a slice of orange peel or fresh orange to give it a warm, glowing finish.
