About this cocktail

A bourbon nose with classic notes of oak and sweet vanilla, underpinned by rich spice, apple and figs, with a smooth finish. Enjoy rich flavours without the compromise. This product is designed to replace full strength spirit in cocktails, and isn’t to be consumed neat.

Ingredients for 1 person

Making it for more? Just double the ingredients!

  • 50ml Clean W
  • 35ml lemon juice
  • ½ fresh egg white
  • 50p-sized piece of lemon zest
  • Slice of orange and a cherry on a stick to garnish
  • Glass - Lowball
  • Ice

Method

Step 1

Place all of the ingredients, except for the lemon zest, into a shaker with ice and shake hard.

Step 2

Strain into an ice-filled lowball glass or coupe.

Step 3

Squeeze the lemon zest shiny side down over the drink, so the scented oils spray across the surface.

Step 4

Discard the zest, add the garnish and serve.
