About this cocktail

One of the UK’s most popular cocktails, made clean! Our version of a Negroni pairs with a non-alcoholic vermouth and the taste of bitter orange for a sophisticated aperitivo.

Ingredients for 1 person

Making it for more? Just double the ingredients!

  • 50ml Clean G
  • 25ml non-alcoholic sweet vermouth (such as Martini Non-Alcoholic Vibrante)
  • 1 tsp of marmalade
  • 50p-sized piece of orange peel
  • Slice of orange to garnish
  • Glass - Lowball
  • Ice

Method

Step 1

Add all ingredients to a lowball glass, add ice, stir well.

Step 2

Twist the orange peel over the drink to release the oils and discard.

Step 3

Finish with the slice of orange.
