Ingredients for 1 person

60ml Clean W
30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
20ml Sugar Syrup
1-3 Dashes of Angostura bitters*
½ Fresh Egg White or 15ml Aquafaba (chickpea water)
Slice of lemon and a Glacé cherry, to garnish
Ice

Top tip: *NB: Angostura bitters are alcoholic, however the amount used here is so small the alcohol level is neglible and therefore the cocktail remains non-alcoholic. However, there are alcohol-free bitters alternatives available on the market to substitute, if you prefer.

Method

Step 1

Place Clean W, lemon juice, sugar syrup, Angostura bitters and egg white into a cocktail shaker. Angostura dashes will make your cocktail look gorgeous but go easy as the flavour is strong.
